CAREER TRANSITION PROGRAM
Section 1. The Employer agrees to implement the
provisions of the FAA Career Transition Program with the following additional
provisions:
a. displaced employees will be given a
minimum of thirty-two (32) hours of duty time per pay period to pursue
career transition activities, and
b. surplus employees may be granted sixteen (16) hours of duty time per pay
period to pursue career transition activities.
