REOPENER
Section 1. In the event legislation is
enacted which affects any provisions of this Agreement, the Parties shall
reopen the affected provision(s) and renegotiate its contents.
Section 2. Any modification of the provisions or regulations of the
Federal Labor Relations Authority affecting a provision of this Agreement or
the relationship of the Parties may serve as a basis for the reopening of the
affected provision(s).
Section 3. In the event of any law or action of the Government of the
United States renders null and void any provision of this Agreement, the
remaining provisions of the Agreement shall continue in effect for the term of
the Agreement.
