EFFECT OF AGREEMENT
Section 1. Any provision of this
Agreement shall be determined a valid exception to, and shall supersede any
existing or future Employer rules, regulations, directives, orders, policies
and/or practices which conflict with the Agreement.
Section 2. All matters addressed by this Agreement, except as noted in
Section 1, shall be governed by any such Employer rules, regulations,
directives, orders, policies and/or practices.
Section 3. The Employer agrees to apply its rules, regulations,
directives, and orders in a fair and equitable manner. Any changes thereto
will be in accordance with the Mid-Term Bargaining article of this Agreement.
Section 4. Any provision of the United States Code (USC) or Code of
Federal Regulations (CFR) which is expressly incorporated by reference in this
Agreement is binding on the Parties.
