This agreement is made by and between the National Association of Air Traffic Specialists Association (NAATS) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), collectively known as "the Parties". This addendum represents the complete understanding between the Parties concerning the agreed to changes for the "Modifications to the Operational and Supportability Implementation System (OASIS) Consoles" Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated June 6, 2000.

Section four of the June 6, 2000, MOU in its entirety reads; "The Parties agree that the crank assembly and handle protector shall be repositioned such that the protector will be located at the front edge of the underside of the work surface. The design solution will be presented to the NAATS National OASIS Representative for approval.

In accordance with this addendum, section four of the June 6, 2000, MOU is deleted in its entirety.
