Section 1. This agreement represents a final and binding resolution of any bargaining obligation as a result of FAA Order 7110.10K, Change 3, Flight Services, effective August 18, 1994.

Section 2. All provisions of this Order as revised will be applied consistent with the provisions of the NAATS/FAA 1993 National Agreement. If a provision of this Order conflicts with a provision of the parties' national agreement, the agreement shall apply.

Section 3. Issues concerning adequate supplies of Volcanic Activity Reporting Forms (VAR) as depicted in the Airman's Information Manual, Appendix 2, where such forms are located, and the distribution of 'VAR forms when required, shall be negotiated at the regional level.

Section 4. Upon completion of the VAR and routine servicing of pilot reported information contained therein, management, or the designated Controller-in-Charge (CIC) will assume responsibility for forwarding the completed VAR to the Global Volcanism Program Office.

Section 5. The FAA, at the national level, shall, within ninety (90) days of the signing of this agreement, seek to effect revision to the VAR to correspond with the established format contained in FAA Form 7110-2 PIREP FORM.

Section 6. Nothing in this agreement shall constitute a waiver of any union rights.
