Section 1. This Memorandum of Understanding represents the results of impact and implementation negotiations between the Parties' arising from Change 1 to FAA Order 3120.24A, training on consolidated positions which is being implemented in Genot form. The Memorandum of Understanding negotiated on August 9, 1993 on this Order remains in effect.

Section 2. The Facility Representative will be given an opportunity to comment on the Agency's identification of positions to be combined for training purposes, and to bargain, upon request, on the impact and implementation of such determinations.

Section 3. Nothing in this memorandum of understanding constitutes any waiver of Union/Employer statutory or contractual rights. This Memorandum of Understanding will remain in effect during the term of the Parties' current national agreement.
