Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 5 U.S.C. Sec. 522, we are writing to request access to and copies of;

1.    All correspondence, letters, memos or other related documents concerning the pay agreement between the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Air Traffic Controllers Association effective FY'98.

2.    All correspondence, letters, memos or other related documents concerning the pay agreement between the Federal Aviation Administration and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees that was not approved by the Office of Management and Budget.

We agree to pay any reasonable copying and postage fees of not more than $$250.00. If the cost would be greater than this amount, please notify us. Please provide a receipt indicating the charges for each document. As provided by the Act, response is due within twenty (20) working days. If you choose to deny this request, please provide a written explanation for the denial including a reference to the specific statutory exemption(s) upon which you rely.
