This is to notify you of the parties� intent to proceed with a hearing relative to the pay dispute between the FAA and NAATS.

Consistent with our meeting on May 16, 2002, we will submit last/best offers on July 23, 2002, and make oral presentation on July 30-31, 2002. Also, in keeping with our May 16th discussion, we have agreed that the decision resulting from this hearing should recommend either the Agency or the Union�s last/best offer, without modification.
